Arenal Pure and Simple
This is our basic Centaura Adventure:
- 7 nights, 8 days
- Transfer in and out to the airport.
- Breakfast included. Lunch is included if doing a Full Day Ride
- Lodging in our villa
- We can ride every day, or we can trade a ride for another adventure in our area
- All our Rides are Private with a Bilingual / Naturalist Guide. You are on your own after the ride.
- Optional adventures are ran by third parties, the activity and transportation are included. Our guide does not come along unless is an adventure run directly by Centaura or La Finca. Lunch is included only if stated
- We can help you getting a car or finding a taxi to go places after you are done with the rides.
Itinerary:
Day 1
Transfer Airport-Centaura
Day 2
Today we will pick out the horses you want to ride on your trip. Once you have selected your horse, we will take the horses out for the first ride around the Ranch
Day 3
Full Day Ride by the Ranch or a Full Day Activity in our area.
Day 4
Full Day Ride by the Ranch or a Full Day Activity in our area.
Day 5
Full Day Ride by the Ranch or a Full Day Activity in our area.
Day 6
Full Day Ride by the Ranch or a Full Day Activity in our area.
Day 7
Full Day Ride by the Ranch or a Full Day Activity in our area.
Day 8
Transfer back to the airport
Rides
Our ranch is +1800 acres, and we have access to another 8000 acres of our neighbors. Centaura Ranch is located at the base of the Platanar Volcano, so we have very different terrain; from flat areas with large pastures and plantations to high mountains with rolling hills, rainforest, and river crossings.
We also have rides out of our ranch. We have to transfer the horses to our destination; this involves a truck for the horses and a car for our clients. If you want to add one of this rides; there is an extra charge
Full Day Activities in our area:
San Carlos is blessed, we have so much to see and do. Rainforest, cloud forest, at least 3 volcanoes to choose from, several National Parks, abundant wildlife, and many outdoor adventures: Canyoning/Rappelling, White Water Rafting, Canopy/Zip Lines, Hanging Bridges, Nature Floats, ATV Rides to Natural Hot Springs, Hot Air Ballooning, Caving, Tubing and amazing hikes.
We can trade a Full Day Ride by the Ranch for any of this Full Day Activities.

The above itinerary for 2 persons for 7 nights / 8 Days using a 1 Deluxe Queen is $4160 +13% Tax excluding international airfare. ($ 2080 per person)
